We took a look back at 2020 and the wonderful projects and events achieved by residents, residents’ groups, and communities. With the challenges of the pandemic came innovation and residents engaged in new ways, thinking outside the box to hold safe community and virtual events so as to keep residents connected with us and their communities. If you would like to find out how you can get involved in Tenant Engagement please take a look at the video or contact us at getinvolved@tuathhousing.ie Watch the video here
In 2020 Tuath delivered a record number of homes at 1,095 thus creating a safe secure home for over 3,700 people and bringing Tuath’s total housing stock to over 6,500. Our housing service is run by a team of dedicated people, who have over the last year had to adapt quickly to crisis. The way our service is delivered may have required some change, but the goal of achieving the best possible tenant satisfaction has not. We could not have achieved this goal without the patience, understanding and cooperation of our tenants who showed such resilience while we adapted our services and learned to cope with the restrictions placed on everybody by Covid-19.
