Sean is Chief Executive of Tuath Housing, one of the largest and fastest growing not for profit housing associations in Ireland. A Chartered Surveyor with dual SCSI and RICS membership, Sean is also a long-standing member of the Chartered Institute of Housing with a Master’s Degree in Housing from South Bank University, London. With over 30 years of experience working in social housing at a senior level with local authorities and housing associations in Ireland and the UK, Sean has been behind a number of award-winning housing schemes. He has a proven track record of working collaboratively with communities to deliver positive change. Sean has contributed to new thinking on housing initiatives and policy, including pioneering affordable housing models to deliver choice and tenure diversity at best value.
Bronagh D’Arcy is Deputy CEO at Tuath Housing. Having graduated with a degree in Housing from the University of Ulster at Magee, a Diploma in Management and Chartered Membership of the CIH she has worked both north & south of the border and has over 25 years’ experience in the sector. This experience is mainly in the delivery of new homes, while working in partnership with a range of stakeholders & through various procurement options. Bronagh has worked with Tuath for over 10 years and during this time has seen the Association grow to become one if Irelands largest Approved Housing Body.
Nick is Director of Construction and Property Services at Tuath and has an extensive background in development, property services and social housing with almost 30 years’ experience of working in construction and property, with nearly 25 of these years in roles relating specifically to the provision and management of social and affordable housing. Nick plays a leading role in the delivery of property services to the association’s housing stock, including building up investment profiles, managing planned and cyclical programmes as well as the delivery of a responsive repairs service.
Alison O’Gorman Director of Housing Services. Alison is responsible for the delivery of high quality, good value services to our tenants. Alison’s experience in the property and housing sector stem from a progressive career in Property Management, where she successfully managed numerous mixed tenure developments across Dublin. She is professionally qualified in housing management with several years of experience in the social housing and private housing management fields to provide pro-active, customer orientated services. As Director of Housing Services Alison comes with over 20 years’ experience working in both the private and voluntary sector. Alison is responsible for the Housing Departments in our four offices, ensuring the delivery of high quality, good value services to our tenants, in addition to sitting on a number of advisory boards and working groups within the sector.
Orla Cleary is an experienced solicitor with a demonstrated history of working in the Not-for-Profit industry. She has worked in the area of social housing for more than a decade with AHBs and previously with Dublin City Council. She has a Degree in Corporate Law and holds a Master of Laws from University College Dublin and a Masters in Advance Legal Practice from Northumbria University. Orla is the Head of Corporate Services for Tuath Housing Association.
Neil Anderson is a Chartered Accountant, qualifying with KPMG, London. He has over 20 years’ experience in senior finance roles in property management, not for profit, information technology, hospitality and market research organisations. He has worked within multinational FTSE 100 companies, medium sized private and family businesses and start-up operations.
Martin is Director of New Business & Property Development at Tuath with responsibility for leading on the association’s development programme, sourcing and delivering new homes for the provision of social and affordable homes nationally. He oversees and manages the development pipeline with a focus on new business, maintaining and establishing working relationships with key stakeholders. Martin holds a BSc (Hons) in Urban Planning and Property Development from the University of Ulster in Jordanstown (UUJ), a Diploma in Housing Studies and a Diploma in Management and has been a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) since 2015. Martin has significant experience in the development and delivery of housing having worked within the social housing sector for more than 10 years. Throughout this time Martin has had a significant involvement in the growth of Tuath as an organisation and has vast experience in all forms of housing delivery.
