Quarter 2 Delivery Update
Quarter 2 2019 has been another successful period for Tuath with the delivery of 277 homes across 12 different Local Authority areas, at a cost of approximately €35m. These homes have been delivered via a range of delivery mechanisms including leasing, new build, acquisitions and Mortgage to Rent.
All acquisitions have been financed by a combination of funding from The Department of Housing Planning and Local Government and debt finance from the Housing Finance Agency. These homes bring Tuath’s delivery to date in 2019 to 405 housing over 800 people.
The new homes have been delivered as a result of collaboration and the ongoing support of our local authority partners. We would like to welcome our new tenants and wish them every health and happiness in their new homes.
