Túath are delighted to announce the acquisition of seven new properties in Glanerought, Kenmare via NAMA’s NARPS initiative, the Associations first units in Kerry. Túath worked in partnerships with NAMA, Kerry County Council and the Department of Environment, Community and Local Government to acquire these seven family homes.
All dwellings were finished to a turnkey standard and have been acquired by Túath on a lease agreement for twenty years and nine months, with an option to buy included. These homes will be allocated to general needs applicants from the council’s waiting list in the coming weeks.
Túath are delighted to have worked in collaboration with the local authority on its first in Kerry project and aims to provide more high quality accommodation in areas of housing need within Kerry.
