Túath Housing’s award-winning Development Team are responsible for the delivery of over 4,000 homes throughout all 31 local authorities in the Republic of Ireland. We were recently awarded “Best Housing Team of the Year” at the national CIH awards for our impressive delivery in 2017.
Our aim is to provide long-term, safe, quality housing at best value whilst locally building sustainable communities. Collaboration is key towards this impressive delivery through engagement of all relevant stakeholders such as the government, our funders, private developers, consultants and contractors.

Bronagh D’Arcy is Deputy CEO/& Director of New Business & Development at Túath Housing. Having graduated with a degree in Housing from the University of Ulster at Magee, a Diploma in Management and Chartered Membership of the CIH she has worked both north & south of the border and has over 25 years’ experience in the sector. This experience is mainly in the delivery of new homes, while working in partnership with a range of stakeholders & through various procurement options. Bronagh has worked with Túath for over 10 years and during this time has seen the Association grow to become the third largest AHB in Ireland.
Nick is Director of Construction and Property Services at Túath and has an extensive background in development, property services and social housing with almost 30 years’ experience of working in construction and property, with nearly 25 of these years in roles relating specifically to the provision and management of social and affordable housing. Nick plays a leading role in the delivery of property services to the association’s housing stock, including building up investment profiles, managing planned and cyclical programmes as well as the delivery of a responsive repairs service.
Martin joined Túath in 2011 and is now the New Business Development Manager responsible for overseeing the sourcing and delivery of new homes nationally for the association. Martin holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Urban Planning and Property Development from the University of Ulster in Jordanstown (UUJ), a Diploma in Housing Studies and a Diploma in Management. He also became a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) in 2015.
Graduating with a Master of Architecture in 2013 from University College Dublin, Nicky has gained valuable experience studying and working around the world. In 2012 she undertook an Erasmus in Spain, at the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid and later worked as an Architectural Assistant on high end residential projects in Dublin, London and Sydney. Working in design has challenged Nicky to figure out solutions to complex problems that span further than the built environment. Nicky joined the Development Team in 2017 and uses her skills to co-ordinate and manage schemes from concept to completion.
Fiona graduated in 2005 with an Honours Degree in Design in Interior Architecture from Griffith College Dublin and soon after received an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from Dublin Business School. Fiona has worked in both Ireland and France during her career. As a Director of her own business, this has allowed her to gain a vast amount of experience in all aspects of Project Stages, from procurement right through to completion. Fiona joined Túath Housing Association in May 2018, as the New Business Development Team Administrator, but has recently been appointed as a Trainee Property Development Co – Ordinator.
Aileen is a Senior Development Officer, based in our Dublin Office and has been working in Túath since March 2016. Aileen is a qualified ACCA accountant and has vast experience in all aspects of business. She has managed a number of successful retail and property businesses for many years prior to joining Túath.
Phillip joined the Túath Development Team in 2018 with a background in the construction sector as an Architectural Technologist. As a BSc (hons) graduate of Architectural Technology & Management Phillip holds excellent design, technical and project management skills. His previous experience whilst working for a long established Architectural Practice includes designing and leading multi-disciplinary design teams on large scale commercial and residential projects across the North and South of Ireland.
Ryan is the Student Development Co-Ordinator within the Development Team at Túath. He is currently studying for an Integrated Master’s degree in Planning, Regeneration and Development at the University of Ulster in Co. Antrim. His passion for the Built Environment grew from his Foundation Degree in Property, Planning and Housing, from which he continued to learn and grow in an ever-expanding industry. Ryan has previously worked in Planning in a Local Authority in the North of Ireland.
Jane has recently joined the New Business Development Team and is based in Túath’s Head Office. Jane joined Túath in January 2013 and worked in Housing Management for over 4 years, during which time she acquired a Diploma in Housing Studies. Jane holds a Masters in Marketing from the Dublin Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the National University of Ireland in Maynooth. She has previously worked for a multinational company in sales and marketing.
Barbara Fahy is a New Business Development Coordinator in our Galway office since May 2017. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Property Studies from GMIT, Masters in Regional and Urban Planning from UCD and is also a qualified financial advisor. With over 8 years’ experience in the property development sector; Barbara has worked in various roles such as Property Development Finance in Ulster Bank and a surveyor for Rooney Property Consultants.
Paul Braiden is a New Business Development Co-ordinator, based in the Dublin office. Paul joined the Túath Team in June 2018. He holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development from Dublin Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Túath, Paul was working in the UAE for a Master Real Estate Developer in operations. Paul also has a strong corporate background, having worked in operations roles for Kraft Foods in Dublin and is also a Certified Project Manager with an Honours degree in Social Science.
As Development Co-ordinator based in our Cork office, Tom is responsible for new property acquisitions in the Munster Area of both turnkey properties and construction projects. With over 15 years’ working as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry Tom has amassed the skills to identify potential developments and to bring them through to handover for occupancy. He is responsible for negotiating development purchases, sourcing funding and liaising with Local Authorities regarding areas and levels of demand for housing.
